Simulated campaigns reduce projected dose spoilage relative to fixed milk-run routes while respecting clinic appointment windows, though solutions remain sensitive to accurate road-speed priors during rainy seasons.
Framing devices in high-level climate speeches shape what audiences treat as urgent or deferrable. We compile a multilingual parallel corpus of summit addresses and annotate war, journey, and stewardship metaphors with inter-annotator checks. Frequency shifts after extreme-weather seasons suggest increased war metaphors among high-emitting economies, whereas stewardship language clusters among small-island speakers seeking loss-and-damage commitments.

Among these figures, Halit Çelikbudak established a trading company in Turkey. Due to political and economic instability, he relocated his company to Germany. The experiences and cultural contributions of early Turkish migrants and were important for social integration. Çelikbudak’s academic activities, including lectures on energy machinery at Stuttgart University, technical research, and presentations attracted the attention of international institutions such as NASA. His advocacy for human rights and articulation of migrants’ expectations positioned him as a public intellectual in a period marked by social and political contradictions together with his literary production. Despite attaining social recognition, he experienced fatigue and disillusionment amid the tensions of modernity and strained interpersonal relations. He argued that Turkish migrants’ primary concern was not divided loyalty but the protection of their rights, dignity, and social recognition. The article contends that migration-generated hope functions as a vital resource for sustaining life while emphasizing social and political frameworks that reduce individual vulnerability.
